Four incredible ladies are joining our team to offer fresh insight into the world of girls ministry.  Each of them is in the “trenches” - daily ministering to girls.  We can’t wait for you to begin hearing from them!  So without further ado…

Susan Briggs

Susan Briggs has worked in Girls Ministry for as long as she can remember, and saw a lifelong desire of her heart come to fruition when God opened the door to launch Delight Girls Ministry in September 2011.  She is looking toward the light at the end of the academic tunnel as she finishes her MA in Christian Leadership through Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary this semester.  A southern girl from Clarksville, TN with a degree in Elementary Education from Union University, Susan ended up in Chesapeake, VA after losing everything to the middle TN floods of 2010, which God used to lead her into full-time ministry.  She loves nannying, Zumba, world travel, and the beach, of course!

Staci Capps

Staci Capps serves as the Girls Minister and Youth Associate at Trinity Baptist Church in Ada, Oklahoma.  Prior to working at Trinity, Staci was a public school teacher and university instructor. Staci is also the newly appointed blogging director at girlsministry.net. She has completed her Master's Degree in Education and is in the dissertation phase of her PhD.  Staci is passionate about seeing girls of all ages develop growing relationships with Christ.  Her heart is to see girls grow through community and accountability with one another and lead lives that are on mission for the advancement of the gospel.  Staci and her husband Brian have two sons, Hunter and Carson.  Staci has recently started writing on her own blog which you can check out at http://girlsministry.me

Ashley Cunningham

Ashley Cunningham has a desire to see the next generation of young women know Christ and grow deeper in their relationship with Him. She is passionate about knowing what the Bible says as well as teaching and showing girls how to study the Scriptures for themselves. Ashley currently serves at the North American Mission Board and volunteers in girls ministry with aspirations of serving full-time with a church or church plant after seminary. Ashley is pursuing her Master of Divinity in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Ashley loves to read and owns way too many books. She also enjoys early mornings, Earl Grey tea, grammar (except when in a hurry or on her iPhone), playing guitar, anything about Chicago and her sweet freckled dog, Bianca. Suzanne Rowe

Suzanne has been the Girls Minister at First Baptist Church of Cleveland, TN since January 2009 after earning her Masters in Biblical Counseling December 2008 from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. Her undergrad degree is in advertising from The University or Georgia, and thus, she is a huge Georgia Bulldog fan! Although she has worked in Public Relations and Media Buying for some pretty legit clients in the past, Suzanne thinks she by far has the coolest “job” ever now. She gets to minister, encourage, lead, love, counsel, hang with, have fun with, etc, etc, the middle school and high school girls at her church.
